just returned frm the NUH. went to visit my uncle who had an operation. he had tumour in his small intestine i think. well, life is full of ups and downs. one moment he can be there being healthy and another moment he is sick. it can be him, me or you. it could happen to anyone! so i guess the only thing we can do is to enjoy our lives as much as we can. not only that, but to also lead our lives well.

SHREKY SHEENA!
the camp was GREAT! it was FUN! enjoyed my stay at the guides camp. night walk was a success. some of the juniors were freaked out and almost cried. smth happened aft lights out. we(seniors) spent the night chatting and making ourselves laugh like fools! lets 跳！(oops) slept at 5am on tues morning as by then we were all feeling so sleepy. but i couldnt get to sleep. was super high! and another reason was because the floor was super HARD! but fell asleep in the end tho.
tuesday: woke up at 7+ am. ate breakfast with the juniors. ROTI PRATA! got ready to proceed to kallang for DRAGONBOATING. imagine the first time dragonboating. WHEEee! IT WAS TOTAL FUN! splitted up into 4boats. had activites and also a mini race.
"SIZZLING HOT" GOT SECOND! *applause*
we kept splashing water at the other boats and i was drenched too! the water was SALTY! and many did not bring extra clothings. end up, we all rinsed ourselves with clean water and went to back to sch drenched! bathed and went to mac to have our lunch. the seniors all felt super tired aft that.
BUT, we started getting VERY HIGH aft dinner. we started making fools of ourselves and also started cam-whoring. we(the seniors) even started tying up our hairs and looked like some insane ladies. canmpfire was great. had it in the classroom and the pit that they made was seriously WONDERFUL. really enjoyed myself during the campfire although i was sneezing away. the sec3s prepared an item for the VIPS.

everything ended and sini and i went home instead of staying for another night. i can say that the camp was a success although there were hiccups here and there. but no matter what, im sure the juniors will continue to lead CTS 1st COY further and to a higher level! JIAYOU juniors!
was supposed to watch bee movie today. but due to the bad flu ive got plus a red eye, it was cancelled! SORRY! :( we'll meet up soon yeah!

this is the show i have been watching lately. taunt the night ytd and finally, ive finished watching it. its a nice show indeed! :D FUNNY and sad at certain parts of the show.
well, i'll be going for my junior's guides camp ltr on and will be back tmr night. woo! theres dragonboating and campfire tmr! :D looking forward! i hope that my excitedness will not be destroyed because of any reasons.

Day1 14/11/2007:
Day2 15/11/2007: went to "xiang xia". it was really a very good experience! and i learnt a lot too! :D
Day3 16/11/2007: went to 百花村 and 陈慈煌故居. saw loads of flowers at 百花村, but was a lil disappointed. 陈慈煌故居 was good. saw all the olden stuff. and get to knw abt the history there.
Day4 17/11/2007: went to 开元寺, 泰佛殿, 韩文公祠, 石炮台公园 and 外观汕头大学
Day5 18/11/2007: wemt to 外观林百欣会议中心, 风动石风景区 风动石风景区 was cool! :D the wind there was so strong that it could blow you off!
Day6 19/11/2007: went to 鼓浪屿, 菽庄花园, 钢琴博物馆 and 环岛路. the 钢琴博物馆 was great! the pianos displayed were so BEAUTIFUL! the tunes of it was FABULOUS!
Day7 20/11/2007: back to singapore! i miss china! :D how i wish i could go back there again!
and anw, i really enjoyed the trip! it was really a very good experience to see and know how the people in "xiang xia" lead their lives. and also, to live in a country which has a lower standard of living! :D

my day was spent watching shows. woke up super late today. i woke up at like 2pm afterwhich i had my lunch and started sitting infront of the tv.

im back frm china! :D its really a GREAT TRIP and i dont regret going! it was a great experience going to the "xiang xia" and not only that, i experienced a once in a lifetime thing. which was to see how a pig was killed. i dint expect to be able to experience such a thing there.
the trip to other places of china was also good! i will post up the pictures soon. there was also this slope that they call it "guai puo" which means "weird slope". no doubt, its really weird and also fascinating. because instead of the usual tough going up and easy coming down of the slope, its opposite instead! besides all those, we went SHOPPING too! the things there were cheap! although some were not.
ive learnt something during the trip. which is, we, as singaporean kids, are REALLY FORTUNATE! the kids in "xiang xia" aint that fortunate. imagine a 80+ year old lady eating prawns for the first time in her life. its true! and she got to eat the prawns because we went back to visit!
so people, be grateful for the things you owned and have! :D

being bored at home today, i packed and cleared my books! :D my table is so neat now as compared to like ytd or earlier part of the year. threw away loads of papers. but of course, i kept those that were USEFUL. i took like 5,6 hrs to just clear my table. aftwhich i changed my bedsheet, washed the fan and mopped the floor! SO PRODUCTIVE! I LOVE IT!
anw, tmr gonna be another rotting day for me. but if the studying bug attacks me, i'll study for my LAST PAPER! i want to watch the bee movie! watched the trailer and its nice! WOO~ alrght, gonna play my PSP! :D

went to trim my hair just now. met up with my aunt and cousin and we went to khatib together. we went for lunch first as we were all feeling HUNGRY! :D after our cut, we went to bishan to walk ard and also to have dinner.
gonna pack my stuff this few days for the trip to china! :P I CANT WAIT! feeling so ecstatic and excited! i hope it'll be a success and fruitful one. its also a bonding time together with my relatives, as well as cousins.
it'll be a slacking day tmr for me i guess? alrghts. nth much to blog about. :D good night people! HAHA!
ytd's kbox seesion was GREAT! supposingly we planned to have our kbox session in ms. but due to some reasons, we went to je instead. met geraldine for dinner aft that. great catching up session i guess? had loads of fun LAUGHING too! HAHA!

went to town with jiemeis today! it was great! :D went to far east and ate subway. aftwhich we went to walk ard and sini bought her stuff.
sometimes im wondering. when will i ever be like my girlfriends. wearing skirts and heels? well, ive thought of changing but theres smth stopping me and i cant figure out what it is. some ppl can do anything just to make themselves pretty. not only that, some ppl are also daring enough to wear smth that doesnt suit them. i guess its because of fear tt im hesitating? who knws? :(
but i guess ppl do change as they move on in life. so i guess i shall just wait.

YEAH! ONE MORE PAPER next week and im FREE! :P
anw science paper today wasnt too bad. BUT, DNT was a disappointment. what can i say? they can give you 9 marks by asking you to sketch and label 3 marking out tools. and this year's paper tested a lot of theory as compared to sketchings and explaining. i would rather sketch and describe. not only that, i wanted to do electronics which im rather good in as compared to the other sections. to my dismay, electronics was tough! no choice but to do structures which im not good in. and lucky that i read up on them last night. well, the paper is over and i shall not dwell on it too much! shall enjoy myself instead of worrying.
anw, went to jp for lunch just now. walked ard for a lil and got home. YEAH! out with my jiemeis tmr! its like so long since we went out together! and gonna go kbox on thurs! :D I CANT WAIT! WOOoo~

three more papers and thats it! secondary school life is gonna end! i dont want it to happen! i've made wonderful friends though some were bad. :)
